These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Middle Tennessee Mediation Services, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Tennessee limited liability company. They govern your use of midtennmediation.com, gofoodfight.com, and the Go Food Fight mobile application (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Go Food Fight. If you are under the age required to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may only use Go Food Fight with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Go Food Fight for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law), or create derivative works of the Services.
Restaurant details (including photos, names, and locations) come from third-party providers and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Go Food Fight does not endorse any restaurant and is not responsible for your experience at one. Always confirm hours, menus, and details before you go.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GO FOOD FIGHT WILL FIND A RESTAURANT EVERYONE LIKES. MEDIATION OUTCOMES DEPEND ON THE PARTIES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
You may stop using the Services and delete your Go Food Fight account at any time via in-app Settings or the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes arising out of these Terms will lie in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, except where prohibited by applicable law.
